By requesting a demo, contacting us, or using AutoRef, you agree to these terms.

Using AutoRef

AutoRef organises and interprets vehicle maintenance information from the records you provide. It does not physically inspect vehicles or replace qualified mechanical diagnosis.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Your content

You retain ownership of the invoices, vehicle records and other documents you upload. You grant AutoRef the right to process this content to provide the product to you.

Acceptable use

AutoRef is intended for legitimate fleet and vehicle maintenance record-keeping. Don't use it to upload content you don't have the right to share, or to attempt to disrupt the service.

Intellectual property

The AutoRef product, brand and underlying technology belong to AutoRef. These terms don't transfer any of that to you.

Disclaimers

AutoRef helps organise and interpret maintenance information based on the records provided. It is not a substitute for a qualified mechanic's inspection or diagnosis.

Limitation of liability

AutoRef is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, AutoRef isn't liable for decisions made based on information in the product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves, and will note meaningful changes here.

Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms is being finalised and will be specified here.
