Accounts are protected by authentication. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your AutoRef account.
Access control
Your fleet's data is accessible only to your account — not to other customers, and not to the workshops whose invoices you upload.
Data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time by contacting us.
Third-party services
AutoRef uses third-party infrastructure and document-processing services to operate the product. These providers process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.
Automated document processing
AutoRef uses automated extraction to read and structure workshop documents into maintenance records. It doesn't inspect vehicles or diagnose problems — see How It Works for more on what this does and doesn't do.
Encryption
Data is transmitted between your browser and AutoRef over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
