Once you're a customer, the vehicle and maintenance information you upload, including invoices, service records and related documents. Basic usage information, such as which pages are visited, only where analytics is enabled.
How we use it
To respond to demo and contact requests, to provide the AutoRef product to customers, to improve the product, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your information.
Data storage
Your account and vehicle data are stored in access-controlled systems tied to your account. Your invoices, vehicle records and garage relationships are not shared with other customers.
Third-party services
AutoRef uses third-party infrastructure and document-processing services to operate the product. These providers process data on our behalf, under instructions from us, and do not use it for their own purposes.
Your rights & data deletion
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
